Ingredients
- 2 oz -or- 60 ml Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz -or- 30 ml Lime Juice
- 1.5 oz -or- 45 ml Cream of Coconut
- 0.5 oz -or- 15 ml Overproof Rum (Greg Uses Forres Park Puncheon Rum)
- 1.5 oz -or- 45 ml Angostura Aromatic Bitters
Instructions
- Shake over ice
- Half open gate pour into glass
- Top off with crushed ice
- Garnish with umbrella and orange wheel (feel free to improvise)
- Drink with straw
