Ingredients

  • 2 oz -or- 60 ml Pineapple Juice 
  • 1 oz -or- 30 ml Lime Juice 
  • 1.5 oz -or- 45 ml Cream of Coconut
  • 0.5 oz -or- 15 ml Overproof Rum (Greg Uses Forres Park Puncheon Rum) 
  • 1.5 oz -or- 45 ml Angostura Aromatic Bitters 

Instructions

  • Shake over ice
  • Half open gate pour into glass 
  • Top off with crushed ice
  • Garnish with umbrella and orange wheel (feel free to improvise) 
  • Drink with straw
