Egg Nog

Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz -or- 15 ml Simple Syrup 
  • 0.5 oz -or- 15 ml Luxardo Maraschino 
  • 2 oz -or- 60 ml Bourbon - Used Baker's 
  • 1 whole egg 

Instructions

  • Dry shake 
  • Add ice and shake again 
  • Strain into glass 
  • Top with whole milk (or you milk of choice) 
  • Grate some nutmeg and orange zest

Verdict

Solid egg nog. Don't know if it needs the maraschino. Can substitute milk and egg for 60ml of rumchata, for those who don't like eggs.
