Fire Flower

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. or 30 ml. Lime Juice 
  • 0.5 oz. or 15 ml. Cinnamon Syrup 
  • 0.75 oz. or 22 ml. Velvet Falernum 
  • 1.5 oz. or 45 ml. Rum (Appelton Estate) 
  • 0.5 oz. or 15 ml. Overproof Rum (Hamilton 151) 

Instructions

  • Crack all of your ice and shake 
  • Open pour into glass 
  • Garnish with lime boat and mint leaves 
  • Soak croutons in lemon extract and place on top of croutons
  • Light on fire 
  • Top with cinnamon

Verdict

A perfectly passable tropical/tiki drink, but nothing special.
