- 1 oz. or 30 ml. Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz. or 15 ml. Cinnamon Syrup
- 0.75 oz. or 22 ml. Velvet Falernum
- 1.5 oz. or 45 ml. Rum (Appelton Estate)
- 0.5 oz. or 15 ml. Overproof Rum (Hamilton 151)
Instructions
- Crack all of your ice and shake
- Open pour into glass
- Garnish with lime boat and mint leaves
- Soak croutons in lemon extract and place on top of croutons
- Light on fire
- Top with cinnamon
