Verdict
Lemony bourbon. If you increase the honey ratio in the syrup, and cut down the lemon to 0.5oz, it gets pretty ok.

You do have to use honey syrup, as opposed to honey. Doing it with honey means that you have to pre-stir it to hell and back for the honey to dissolve. And then you still have to shake it up. Use 3:1 honey syrup, or a higher concentration if you can.
