Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. (45 ml) Tempus Fugit Crème de Menthe
- 1.5 oz. (45 ml) Marie Brizard White Crème de cacao
- 1 oz. (30 ml) Cream, Milk, OR unsweetened nondairy creamer
- 3 scoops (~200g) vanilla ice cream OR nondairy ice cream
- 1/4 cup (55g) crushed ice Top with Chartreuse whipped cream
Instructions
Blend this in the blender and pour in the largest glass you can find. Will be much larger than a highball. Likely more like the big wine glasses, if not bigger.Grated chocolate and mint sprig for garnish.
CHARTREUSE INFUSED WHIPPED CREAM RECIPE 2 cups (480 ml) heavy cream OR full-fat coconut milk 2 oz. (60 ml) Green Chartreuse 1 tbs (30 ml) powdered sugar Add ISI Whipper, add gas, shake, and dispense.
