This is a delicious cocktail where everything is present. The whiskey is evenly matched with the pineapple.

It's a pineapple whiskey sour, minus the egg. I originally stole this idea from a restaurant that I visited that went out of business, m.ina in Berlin. They just called it a whiskey sour, but this is closer to what was actually served. I haven't actually tried this with rye, and the original restaurant recipe suggested. I'm going to have to rectify that, because I love rye.
