Malibu Sunset

Ingredients

60 ml / 2 oz Malibu
120ml / 4 oz Pineapple Juice
30ml / 1 oz Grenadine

Instructions

Build over ice in a glass
Mix Malibu and Pineapple juice
Stir
Slowly pour in grenadine to get the "sunset" gradient which is grenadine on the bottom and pineapple on top

Verdict

A wonderfully simple and refreshing drink. Easy to just pour into the glass. No shaking necessary. Wonderful on any day, hot or cold.
