New Long Island Ice Tea from Rustun Nichols
Ingredients
- 15 ml / 0.5 Oz Spiced Rum
- 15 ml / 0.5 Oz Gin
- 15 ml / 0.5 Oz Vodka
- 22.5 ml / 0.75 Oz Pommeau (this gives it apple flavor)
- 22.5 ml / 0.75 Oz Lemon juice
- 7.5 ml / 0.25 Oz Cinnamon simple syrup (apple+cinnamon ftw)
- Coke "to top" (this is the dumbest measurement. Give me an actual measurement, motherfucker! I'm guessing it'll be around 30 ml)
Instructions
Build in glass. Add all ingredients over ice, then top with coke to taste.

A variation on a fantastic drink.
