Parisian Blonde

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. (30 ml) Dry Curacao 
  • 1 oz. (30 ml) Appleton Estate Rum 
  • 1 oz. (30 ml) Sweet Cream

Instructions

  • Mix dry curacao and rum in a glass.
  • Pour sweet cream on top
  • Garnish with Freshly Grated Cinnamon (use Powdered if that's what you have.) 

Verdict

Tasty in the beginning, but then just a creamy mix.

Sweet Cream Ingredients:  3 oz. (90 ml) Heavy Whipping Cream  1/2 oz. (15 ml) Demerara Simple Syrup 

Whipped together (Do not over whip)

I don't remember exactly how I made this, but my image makes me guess at the instructions.
