Ingredients
- 45 ml / 1.5 Oz Rye
- 15 ml / 0.5 Oz Cognac
- 7.5 ml / 0.25 Oz Simple syrup
- 3 dashes Peychaud's bitters
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- Absinth rinse
Instructions
- Mix everything in stirring glass with ice until cold
- Rinse (ideally chilled) lowball glass in absinthe
- Strain into glass
- No ice
