This tastes almost exactly like what you'd expect from the ingredients. A hint of cherry up front. It benefits a lot from dilution, getting better over time. Use at least some crushed ice here of you want that effect up front. What do you know, I made this twice, and hat it in my notes twice. This is my second verdict: Fresh and nice. All the flavors are present, rather than merging together. It's orgeat-forward. There's an interesting aftertaste that shows up maybe a minute or two after the first sip.
