  • 0.5 Oz orange juice
  • 0.5 Oz honey mix

  • 0.25 Oz all-spice dram
  • 1.5 Oz aged rhum agricole
  • 0.5 Oz demerara rum

Instructions

Shake with crushed ice and dump.

Verdict

This is one of the most pimento-forward drinks I have ever had. Despite the small amount, it really shines. The orange is also present. An amazingly tasty drink. Even the Angostura makes an appearance.

Notes

I ran out of rhum agricole, so I tried it slight differently. I substituted cachaca, and simple syrup for the honey syrup, and finally cubed ice. It's a huge different, and much worse. The original recipe is the best.

Make sure to use honey syrup. Normal honey doesn't mix at all. Especially not when you use I've.
